Alayn Ortiz provides culturally responsive somatic therapy to teens and adults struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, and/or trauma. She uses somatic (AKA body-based) methods like Brainspotting and EMDR, which allow for deeper, long-lasting healing and change. She is also trained in more traditional talk therapy methods like CBT, Attachment Theory, and Parts Work.
