As a bilingual licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), I have worked in the field of mental health for over a decade with teens and adults. I use evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help my clients. I also believe in treating the whole person (mind, body and spirit)and integrate mindfulness-based approaches in my practice.
My specialties include working with Latine and BIPOC individuals who are working through trauma, depression, and anxiety. I provide a compassionate and safe space that supports healing and growth.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, practicing yoga, or relaxing at home with a good book.
