About me
Overview
Daniela Ruiz, LAC offers a gentle, collaborative space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal. She provides therapy in English, Spanish, and Spanglish, and works with BIPOC individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions. Her approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strength-based, integrating CBT, family systems, and person-centered modalities.
Daniela also offers parent coaching, supporting parents of neurodivergent children in building confidence, connection, and calm at home. Drawing from both her professional experience and lived understanding, she helps parents navigate overwhelm, advocate effectively for their children, and foster more regulated, connected family dynamics.
