Hi! This is Elisa, and when I am not being a therapist I enjoy long walks with my dog, hanging out with loved ones around food, and spending time outside. As therapist my work is mainly with couples where I am grounded in attachment theory and the science of healthy relationships. I help couples and individuals break patterns of arguments that go in circles and never feel resolved.
