Linda Ruvalcaba is a Chicana licensed professional counselor and the founder of Empieza Aquí Counseling. She works with Latine adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Linda is certified in Existential Analysis and trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, offering a culturally grounded, trauma-informed, and relational approach to therapy.
