Coming from a collective culture, it is hard to know where our family and culture ends, and we begin. I help marginalized people find their individual voice so that they feel comfortable being who they want to be. I am highly committed to mental health and cultivating a culture of acceptance among marginalized people. I use a variety of treatment modalities to help my clients including Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, EMDR, and DBT.

I offer telehealth counseling to clients in Arizona as well as immigration evaluations (Asylum, VAWA, U Visa, T Visa).
