Viridiana works within the Latina/Latine/Latino community supporting adult individuals navigate family expectations, heal from generational trauma, and the otherness often experienced when raised in spaces that don’t feel like their own.
Through Generaciones Counseling, Viridiana utilizes brainspotting, parts work, client-centered, and grounding techniques to hold healing spaces for her clients.
